The WRAL Sports team, consisting of members from TV, radio, and digital departments, has voted on the top ten Division One college football teams in North Carolina. The rankings are based on each team’s overall performance and not solely on potential head-to-head matchups. This explains why certain FCS teams may rank higher than some FBS teams. The rankings will be updated every Monday during the regular season.
