The 2023 NCISAA All-State football team has been announced.

Shortly after the conclusion of its state championship competitions, the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association announced its All-State Football Teams for the 2023 season.

The organization creates a separate team for every division, including 11-man Division I, 11-man Division II, and the 8-man division.

Providence Day emerged as the victor in the Division I state championship by defeating Rabun Gap (GA) with a score of 34-27. This was a rematch between the two schools, as Rabun Gap had previously defeated the Chargers earlier in the season. In the Division II state championship, Asheville School secured a 42-29 victory over Trinity Christian.
