After spending a few seasons on loan at OH Leuven, Elliott Moore came back to England in the summer of 2019 and signed a contract with League One team Oxford United.
On August 3, 2019, Moore had his first appearance in League One against Sunderland. The teams tied 1-1 at the Stadium of Light in the first game of the season, and Moore entered as a substitute in the final moments of the match.
