Taylor Swift’s concert film, “The Eras Tour,” will now be available on Disney+ on Thursday, one day earlier than the previously announced date. The streaming version includes five new songs, such as “Cardigan.” The tour, which grossed more than $262 million worldwide, was a huge success at the box office and was released by AMC Theaters, breaking the traditional Hollywood studio model. Music writer Maria Sherman praised the film in her review, stating that it was a faithful representation of Swift’s live performance, spanning her entire career of 17 years and 10 studio albums. She also noted that it gave viewers the chance to experience the best seat in the house from any seat in the theater.

Carla Gutiérrez, editor of “RBG,” makes her directorial debut with “Frida,” a thought-provoking depiction of artist Frida Kahlo told through her own words. Gutiérrez utilized Kahlo’s personal diary entries, correspondence, essays, and paintings to guide the story, exploring her upbringing, marriage, fashion, accident, and, most notably, her art. Prior to the film’s premiere at Sundance, Gutiérrez told the AP, “By delving into her own words and her own voice, I believe that we are offering a fresh perspective on her world and gaining a more intimate, unpolished understanding of her art.” The film will be available for streaming on Prime Video beginning Thursday.

Nicolas Cage takes on a subdued role in Kristoffer Borgli’s “Dream Scenario” as Paul Matthews, an ordinary college professor, husband, and father whose life is disrupted when countless strangers start dreaming about him. In her review for the Associated Press, Jocelyn Noveck noted that Borgli, a Norwegian writer-director making his English-language debut with the co-production of Ari Aster, is aiming to make a broader statement about the nature of fame. While the topic may not be unique, it is well-suited for exploration in the right hands – particularly with an unpredictably creative actor like Cage. The film suggests that fame can be alluring, but can also quickly turn against you. It will be available for streaming on Max on Friday, March 15. Additionally, “Trolls Band Together” will be released on Peacock on March 14 for the younger audience.

Whatever the case, they are affecting.

This is evident in the first singles, “Selfish” and “Drown,” which showcase Timberlake’s unique falsetto against moody and dreamy backgrounds. The album also contains some unexpected collaborations, including his former boy band *NSYNC, Tobe Nwigwe, and Afrobeats sensation Fireboy DML.”

The third season of the musical comedy “Girls5Eva” will now be available on Netflix, having previously aired on Peacock. The show follows a 90s girl group that experienced a brief moment of fame and is now attempting to reclaim their celebrity status years later. Executive produced by Tina Fey, the series stars Sara Bareilles, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Paula Pell, and Busy Philipps. The six episodes of the third season will be released on Thursday, and the first two seasons can also be streamed on Netflix.

A new political thriller on Apple TV+, titled “Manhunt,” examines the assassination of Abraham Lincoln by John Wilkes Booth. Tobias Menzies portrays Edwin Stanton, a former Secretary of War, who was in charge of the manhunt for Booth following Lincoln’s murder. The limited series is adapted from James L. “Call the Midwife,” a beloved show on PBS, will be returning for its 13th season on Sunday, March 17.
