North Carolina running back Omarion Hampton and edge rusher Kaimon Rucker are rated among the top 100 players in “EA Sports College Football 25.”
Hampton is a 93 overall (22nd overall) and Rucker is a 91 overall (56th overall) in the forthcoming video game, which released the ratings for its top 100 players on Wednesday.
The two are the only players from UNC, NC State or Duke rated among the game’s top 100 players.
Clemson linebacker Barrett Carter is the highest-rated player in the ACC at a 94 overall (15th overall).
Michigan cornerback Will Johnson is the highest-rated player in the game at a 96 overall.
LSU left tackle Will Campbell and Oklahoma State running back Ollie Gorgon II are also rated 96 overall.
The game is due out on July 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. It is the first EA Sports college football video game since “NCAA Football 14” in 2013.
North Carolina opens its season on Aug. 29 in a road game against Minnesota.
