The top 10 rankings for boys lacrosse undergo a major shakeup following the week 4 games.
There were significant changes in the HighSchoolOT rankings for boys lacrosse across the state. Hough and Apex Friendship have now moved up to the top five, while Providence Day dropped after losing to Myers Park and Green Level was defeated by Middle Creek.
One week after Greensboro Day was added to the rankings and Northwest Guilford was removed, the two teams faced each other with Northwest coming out victorious. As a result, the Vikings regained their spot in the top 25 while the Bengals dropped out.
