The rankings for Girls’ Lacrosse show that the top 19 teams have not changed, but Asheville School has now joined the top 25.

The saying “If it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” can be applied to this week’s HighSchoolOT girls lacrosse rankings, as the top 19 teams remain unchanged from last week.

The rankings have seen a newcomer, Asheville School, entering and taking the place of Lake Norman.

Rankings reminders:

  • Hello, the rankings are reviewed and updated every week and are released every Sunday.

  • All high schools in North Carolina, except for athletic training academies, are qualified to be part of the top 25 rankings for the entire state.

  • During the playoffs for the N.C. High School Athletic Association, rankings will be temporarily halted.

  • The rankings for the state championships will be announced during the following week.
