The fifth-annual HighSchoolOT boys basketball all-state team features 27 players making at least a second appearance on the team, including two three-time first-team selections (Reidsville’s Dionte Neal and Christ School’s Zymicah Wilkins).

There is a first, second, and third team with 15 players each followed by an Honorable Mention list of 30 players.

Only players whose schools are full-fledged members of any of the state’s four largest associations (NCHSAA, NCISAA, NCCSA, NCHEAC) are eligible, but they cannot be a fifth-year senior (there is a separate fifth-year senior team).
