Ten North Carolina prospects have been listed among Rivals’ Top 250 for the 2026 class.
Following the release of On3’s first Top 300 rankings for the 2026 football recruiting class, Rivals has now revised its Rivals 250 national rankings for the same group.
Yesterday, On3’s rankings included 14 players from North Carolina. Today, 10 of these players have made it onto the Rivals250 list.
These are the candidates that were included in Rivals’ revised rankings.

18. Kendre Harrison | Reidsville High School

247Sports and ESPN have both recognized Harrison for his skills in football and basketball, giving him a fifth star. With his success in leading Reidsville High School to a state championship in both sports this year, many consider him the top athlete in North Carolina, regardless of age. During the fall season of 2023, Harrison made 62 catches for 930 yards, with an average of 15.0 yards per catch and 62.0 yards per game. He also scored 16 touchdowns on offense. On the defensive side, Harrison recorded 70 tackles, 17 tackles for a loss, 8 sacks, 30 quarterback hits, 7 pass breakups, 1 fumble recovery, and 2 forced fumbles.
41. Ekene Ogboko | South Garner High School
Ogboko’s sibling Nnamdi is currently playing as a defensive tackle at the University of Georgia, making him known to some of the country’s top teams for quite some time. With a wing span of 85.5 inches, Ogboko has the ideal size for the position of offensive tackle. On3 has also ranked him in a similar manner.

Rivals is higher on the son of Panthers great Thomas Davis. On3 has TJ Davis ranked at No. 136. Davis had a strong fall 2023 but really turned it on during Weddington’s run to a 4A state championship. He had 92 tackles (5.8/game), 13.5 tackles for a loss, one sack, one interception, eight pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery for a touchdown.
P.J. Dean attends West Forsyth High School in Clemmons.
Dean is the younger sibling of Jared Wilson, a current player for Georgia. According to On3 rankings, Dean is positioned at No. 26 in the country and is regarded as an offensive lineman for the interior. He has received offers from all in-state FBS institutions except Wake Forest, as well as notable schools like Georgia, Florida State, and Tennessee.

Keefe’s ranking has improved significantly, now placing him in the top 100 after being previously ranked at 266 by On3. His strength lies in his skilled route running and ability to excel in challenging catch situations. He caught the eye of college teams after his first year and is expected to be among the state’s leading receivers this upcoming season.
130. Leo Delaney | Providence Day School (Charlotte)
Delaney is ranked among the top 100 prospects on On3’s rankings, however he is still considered a 4-star recruit according to Rivals. Delaney is also part of the state’s strongest duo of linemen, alongside 5-star recruit David Sanders from the class of 2025. While On3 ranked Delaney at No. 98, other sites have placed him within the top 50.

Dunham’s ranking on On3 is much higher than on Rivals, as he holds the No. 53 spot in the nation. Dunham is an up-and-coming athlete who recorded 55 tackles, 16 for a loss, seven sacks, 20 quarterback pressures, and three interceptions in nine varsity games for Myers Park in 2023.
The name is Faizon Brandon and I attend Grimsley High School in Greensboro.
According to On3, Brandon was ranked first in quarterbacks and twelfth overall. He had an impressive performance in his debut as Grimsley’s starter, completing 69% of his passes for over 3,000 yards with 36 touchdowns and only three interceptions. In addition, he rushed for over 500 yards and scored nine touchdowns. Despite his age, Brandon has the potential to be the top quarterback in North Carolina.
223. Noah Clark | Jordan High School (Durham)
Noah Clark has made his debut in the national rankings. He received his initial offer from the University of South Carolina, an SEC school. In his second year, Clark recorded 57 tackles (averaging 5.7 per game), nine tackles for a loss, one sack, two forced fumbles, one blocked punt, and one blocked kick while playing on defense. He was also a valuable player on the offensive line.
