Tai Buster, a three-star offensive lineman for A.L. Brown, has officially committed to Auburn.
One of North Carolina’s top offensive line prospects in the class of 2025 has committed to play his college ball at an out-of-state school.
On Friday evening, Tai Buster, a student at A.L. Brown High School, declared that he will attend Auburn University. The announcement took place in the school’s media center located in Kannapolis.
On3 and Rivals have classified Buster as a 3-star recruit. He received offers from App State, Boston College, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Duke, East Carolina, Florida, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Liberty, Penn State, Rutgers, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia.
The lineman’s height and weight are recorded as 6 feet 5 inches and 285 pounds, respectively.
Buster was selected for both the 2023 HighSchoolOT All-State Football Team and the All-Conference team of the Greater Metro Conference.
AL Brown qualified for the 2023 North Carolina High School Athletic Association 4A state playoffs and ended the season with a 5-6 record.
