Stuart Cramer star Oshauna Holland commits to Wake Forest

Days after participating in the N.C. High School Athletic Association 3A girls basketball state championship at Wake Forest University, Stuart Cramer High School standout Oshauna Holland has committed to play for the Demon Deacons.

Holland led Cramer to the 2025 basketball championship week, which was hosted at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Behind Holland, Cramer defeated North Lincoln in the 3A West regional final. In the 3A state championship game, the Storm fell to Western Alamance despite a 49-point scoring output by Holland.

The 5-foot-8 point guard previously reported offers from UNC-Wilmington, Elon, Furman, Boston College, Rice, South Alabama, Delaware, Appalachian State, Belmont, Davidson, Florida Atlantic, Western Carolina, and James Madison.

She was named an honorable mention selection to last year’s HighSchoolOT All-State Girls Basketball Team. This year, Holland was named the NCBCA District 10 Girls Basketball Player of the Year.

Holland was an immediate standout for Stuart Cramer as a freshman in the 2022-23 season. She averaded 18.1 points per game, 5.9 rebounds per game, 4.7 assists per game, and 5.5 steals per game in her first year. As a sophomore, her averages rose to 27.3 points, 9.4 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 6.5 steals. This season, she averaged 28.7 points, 8.9 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 5.3 steals.

Cramer’s star has already scored 2,246 points in her career. She is No. 28 on the NCHSAA all-time scoring list for girls basketball. A similar output to her junior campaign as a senior would land her in the top five all-time.
