Statewide Volleyball Rankings: Cardinal Gibbons, Reagan lead the preseason HSOT Top 25
HighSchoolOT has released its preseason volleyball rankings for the 2024 North Carolina high school season.
HSOT has two sets of rankings: a statewide Top 25 and top 15s for each of North Carolina’s six area codes. Members of any of these four associations — N.C. High School Athletic Association, N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association, N.C. Christian Schools Association, N.C. Homeschool Athletic Commission — are eligible.

Cardinal Gibbons, also the leader out of the 919 area code, is at the top of the preseason rankings for North Carolina.
The Crusaders bring back much of their starting lineup that finished fifth in the state last year, losing to eventual 4A champ Middle Creek in the third round.
In second is Reagan, the top team in the 336 area code. The Raiders bring back much of their firepower from a year ago when they went 37-1 and lost in the 4A West regional final to Cox Mill.
