Statewide Volleyball Rankings: 919 teams hold down top spots, McMichael makes big leap into Top 25

The HighSchoolOT statewide volleyball rankings experienced a lot of movement heading into week three of the season. McMichael, Asheville Christian, Cannon School, and Falls Lake all join the Top 25 after unbeaten starts or signature wins.

Four teams from the 919 anchor down the Top 5 led by Cardinal Gibbons at No. 1.

HSOT has two sets of rankings: a statewide Top 25 and top 15s for each of North Carolina’s six area codes. Members of any of these four associations — N.C. High School Athletic Association, N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association, N.C. Christian Schools Association, N.C. Homeschool Athletic Commission — are eligible.
