Statewide Boys Soccer Rankings: West Forsyth, Green Hope move into top 2

The HighSchoolOT statewide boys soccer rankings have two new teams this week, and a new No. 1.

West Forsyth slides into the top spot as Wesleyan Christian fell for the first time to an in-state team. Green Hope is close behind in second.

Apex Friendship and Broughton were replaced in the Top 25 by Watauga and Wakefield.

HSOT has two sets of rankings: a statewide Top 25 and top 15s for each of North Carolina’s six area codes. Members of any of these four associations — N.C. High School Athletic Association, N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association, N.C. Christian Schools Association, N.C. Homeschool Athletic Commission — are eligible.
