The fourth round of the N.C. High School Athletic Association boys & girls lacrosse state playoffs is scheduled for Friday, May 10.

All fourth round games are played at the higher seed. Start times vary for each game, but HighSchoolOT is updating a list of start times below.

Winners of the fourth round games on Friday will advance to the regional championships on May 14. Regional championships will also be played at the higher seed.

State championships are scheduled for May 17-18 at Durham County Memorial Stadium. The NCHSAA will release the schedule for the state championships after the regional championships conclude.
