The fourth round of the N.C. High School Athletic Association girls soccer state playoffs is scheduled for Thursday, May 23.

All fourth round games are played at the higher seed. Start times vary for each game, but HighSchoolOT is updating a list of start times below.

Winners of the fourth round games will advance to the regional championships on May 28. Regional championship games will also be played at the higher seed.

State championships are scheduled for May 31-June 1 at the Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. This marks the first time the girls soccer state championships have been played in Mecklenburg County. The NCHSAA will release the schedule for the state championships after the regional championships conclude.
