Due to the approaching Veterans Day holiday on Saturday and the chance of rain in certain areas on Friday evening, certain schools have rescheduled their second round football playoff games to Thursday night.

The second round of games has been rescheduled for Thursday.

• Game between Mountain Island Charter (ranked #16) and Robbinsville (ranked #1) at 7:00 p.m. at West 1A.

• The East division matchup between the Northampton County team, ranked 17th, and the top-ranked Tarboro team will take place at 7:00 p.m.

• First seed Perquimans will face off against seventh seed Lakewood at 7:00 p.m. in the 1A East region.

• Game between Holmes (18th seed) and Northeastern (2nd seed) at 7:00 p.m. in the 2A East division.

• Game between Lincolnton (23) and Shelby (7) at 7:30 p.m. on 2A West.

• Game between West Stokes (16) and Reidsville (1) at 7:30 p.m. in the 2A West division.
