It shouldn’t come as a surprise, but Steve Belichick is expected to join UNC’s coaching staff. According to 247sports Matt Zenitz, Belichick will join his father’s staff as defensive coordinator.  Belichick spent last season in the same role with the Washington Huskies and is expected to coach in the Sun Bowl on New Year’s Eve.  Belichick was on the Patriots staff as an assistant from 2012-2023. In his one season as Washington’s defensive coordinator the Huskies allowed 22.8 points per game.  Washington linebacker Khmori House comitted to UNC on Saturday.  He is considered the No. 2 linebacker in the transfer portal.
