The pairings have been determined for the 2024 boys and girls basketball state playoffs of the N.C. High School Athletic Association.
The NCHSAA has announced the final bracket matchups. The initial four rounds will take place at the home of the higher-ranked team, while the semifinals and state championship games will be held at a neutral location – specifically, the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem.
In 2023, the NCHSAA Board of Directors approved a new format for the semifinals and finals, holding them both at one location for the first time. This follows a “Final Four” style setup.
