Isaac Ericksen, a HighSchoolOT All-State selection and one of the most accomplished basketball players in the short history of Green Level High School, has announced his commitment to Illinois State.

Ericksen, a 6-foot-9 power forward in the 2025 class is a 3-star recruit according to On3.com.

As a junior, he averaged 18.1 points, grabbed 8.3 rebounds, and dished out 1.8 assists per contest.

He was a second-team All-State selection as a junior and honorable mention All-State selection by HighSchoolOT as a sophomore.

Green Level’s basketball program soared to new heights with Ericksen leading the way. The program was 0-38 lifetime before he walked through the doors as a freshman.

Entering his senior season, he has a career record of 60-25 for the Gators including a 29-2 season a year ago.

Ericksen has 1,325 career points and 594 rebounds already under his belt.

Before picking the Redbirds, he reported offers from UMass-Lowell, Eastern Kentucky, UNC-Asheville, Mercer, Furman, Arkansas State, and College of Charleston.
