Girls Lacrosse Rankings: Bishop McGuinness cracks the top 10; 3 new teams join top 25

Cardinal Gibbons’ commanding 13-4 win over Charlotte Latin made for a change near the top of the HighSchoolOT girls lacrosse rankings.

Latin dropped out of the top 10, allowing Bishop McGuinness to reach its highest ranking of the season.

Union Pines is making its first-ever appearance in the rankings, while West Forsyth is back in after a one-week hiatus and Croatan is ranked for the first time since March 3.

They replace Pinecrest, Saint Mary’s, and Charlotte Christian.
