CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Coach Dave Canales said Carolina Panthers fans can expect to see the starters Saturday when the team faces the Buffalo Bills in the final game of the preseason.
“My hope is to get the starters out there early in the game, get them some exposure,” Canales said.
The game, at Buffalo Saturday at 1 p.m. (listen on MIX 101.5; watch on WRAL-TV), is a chance for the team to practice not only their on-field execution but their whole gameday routine.
The Panthers play 10 of their 17 regular season games, including their opener agains the San Diego Chargers, in the 1 p.m. EDT window.

Bills coach Sean McDermott has said he won’t play his starters on Saturday.
Thus far, none of Carolina’s starters have played in preseason losses to the New England Patriots and New York Jets. The Panthers held out 33 players against the Patriots and 38 against the Jets, prioritizing injury concerns over developing chemistry.
