HighSchoolOT is monitoring the list of North Carolina high school football players who have received offers to attend and play for in-state colleges.

It is crucial for college football teams in North Carolina to reach out to the skilled high school football players in the state. North Carolina boasts one of the most impressive pools of football talent in the nation.

We have put together a list of the scholarships offered to high school players in the class of 2025 by Division I programs in North Carolina.

The Division I teams within the state include Appalachian State University, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Duke University, East Carolina University, NC State University, University of North Carolina, and Wake Forest University (FBS), as well as Campbell University, Davidson College, Elon University, Gardner-Webb University, NC A&T University, NC Central University, and Western Carolina University.
