Hubert Davis and the North Carolina basketball program has gained a big commitment.

Caleb Wilson, one of the top recruits in the class of 2025, announced Thursday night that he would play in Chapel Hill. Wilson is a 6-foot-9, 205-pound power forward. He picked UNC over Kentucky, Ohio State and Georgia Tech.

Wilson, a five-star prospect, is ranked No. 9 in his class, according to 247Sports.

Wilson made the announcement during Inside the NBA on TNT on Thursday night, alongside former Tar Heel Kenny Smith.

Wilson, from Atlanta, plays at Holy Innocents Episcopal School in Atlanta. He averaged 20.8 points and 14.6 rebounds per game his junior season, according to MaxPreps.

UNC also has committments from four-star guards Isaiah Dixon (Davidson Day) and Derek Dixon (Gonzaga College in Washington, D.C.) for its Class of 2025.
