The Cleveland Cavaliers signed N.C. State Wolfpack center DJ Burns as a free agent after he went undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft.
The Wolfpack center averaged 12.9 points per game with the Wolfpack in 2024 and 4 rebounds per game.
According to the NC State Athletics, Burns is 6 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 275 pounds.
Burns is the first Wolfpack player picked up as a free agent after this year’s draft.
Burns became a national sensation after he and the Wolfpack won the 2024 Men’s ACC Tournament and earned the school’s first Final Four appearance since the 1983 Cardiac Pack won the National Championship.
Burns will play for the Cavaliers on their summer league roster.
