On August 13, 2020, Nashville achieved their first victory in the MLS by defeating Dallas on their home turf. However, the match was held without any spectators due to concerns about the spread of coronavirus.

David Accam, a player from Ghana, scored the sole point in the game. The team’s main colors are bright gold and deep blue, and their emblem is a gold octagon featuring the letter “N”. When playing on their own turf, the Nashville soccer team dons yellow shirts and shorts, but their away jersey is primarily blue.
