DC United vs Charlotte Prediction & Betting Tips | 19/10/2024 | Football

Our prediction for this MLS match:

DC United

DC United

Charlotte

Charlotte

DC United will be aiming to build on back-to-back wins over Nashville and New England Revolution when they take on Charlotte on Saturday evening. The capital club are one point away from sealing their spot in the playoffs and they are likely to adopt a cautious approach in the decider. As before, a man to watch in the home team will be experienced Belgium forward Christian Benteke, who has netted 23 goals in the MLS so far this term.

The likes of Akinmboni, Antley, Hopkins, and Schnegg are out of contention with injuries for the home side. The Crown, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over Chicago Fire and CF Montreal. As Charlotte should be happy with one point from Saturday’s clash as well, we are tempted to bet on draw. Cape Verde international Iuri Tavares is banned for the visiting side due to the accumulation of yellow cards.
