Our prediction for this Premier League match:

Chelsea

Chelsea

Wolves

Wolves

After dropping two points in a 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, Chelsea will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they take on Wolverhampton on Monday evening. The Blues aim to put an end to their five-game winless run and they will not have a better chance than this to get back on course. Fit-again right back Reece James could sneak into the starting XI after scoring a late equalizer against the Cherries, while all Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile, and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall continue to miss out with injuries.

The Wolves, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 3-0 loss to Newcastle United, which is yet another reason why we are going to bet on Enzo Maresca’s troops. Both Matheus Cunha and Nelson Semedo return to the starting XI, while Boubacar Traore faces race against the clock to be fit for Monday’s clash.

Highlighted Player (Hee-Chan Hwang):

Hee-Chan Hwang

Hwang Hee-Chan is a product of Pohang Steelers football academy. The Korean attacker, who was born in Chuncheon on January 26, 1996, started his senior career at FC Liefering of Austria and he scored 13 goals in 31 appearances for the club. The 177-cm tall striker currently plays for Red Bull Salzburg and you should bear in mind that he netted 12 goals for the club in the 2016/2017 season.

Hwang Hee-Chan won his second Austrian Bundesliga title with Salzburg in the 2016/2017 season, but the Red Bulls eventually failed to make it to the Champions League group stages. The Salzburg footballer made his South Korea debut in a 2-0 win over Canada on November 11, 2016.

Hee-Chan played regularly for the Korea national football team in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers and he scored one goal in the process. The Koreans eventually booked their place at the showpiece tournament in Russia, meaning that the Salzburg attacker will have a chance to prove his worth on the big stage.

Highlighted Team (Chelsea):

Chelsea

Over the years Chelsea have established themselves as one of the dominant forces in the English Premier League. Roberto Di Matteo helped the team win their first ever Champions League trophy (2011/2012), but it has to be noted that they were more than fortunate to beat Bayern Munich in the title game.

Chelsea have been playing at Stamford Bridge since 1876 and they are a real force to be reckoned with at home. The Blues have won seven FA Cups, five League Cups, two UEFA Cup Winners’ Cups and the UEFA Europa League. Rafael Benitez was in charge of the team that faced Benfica in the 2012/2013 Europa League final, with Branislav Ivanovic scoring the winner for the Blues in the title clash.

After lifting the 2014/2015 Premier League trophy, the Blues largely struggled in the next campaign, which saw Jose Mourinho’s second spell with the club come to an end, and Antoine Conte went over to take the reigns for the 2016/2017 season.
