After sharing the spoils with Ipswich Town in their last Premier League game, Brighton will be aiming to return to winning ways when they take on Wolverhampton in the EFL Cup last 32. The Seagulls failed to turn their dominance into victory against the Tractor Boys, but they are still seen as favourites to beat the Wolves in yet another home fixture. Both Julio Enciso and Evan Ferguson should sneak into the starting XI, while all James Milner, Solly March, and Matt O’Riley remain in the recovery room.

Wolverhampton, on the other hand, aim to recover from a 2-1 loss to Newcastle United, but seeing that they were crushed by Brighton (0-6) at Amex Stadium last year, we are tempted to place our bets on the home side. Both Enso Gonzalez and Boubacar Traore are sidelined with injuries for the away team, while defender Matt Doherty and winger Carlos Forbs should sneak into the starting XI.

Hwang Hee-Chan is a product of Pohang Steelers football academy. The Korean attacker, who was born in Chuncheon on January 26, 1996, started his senior career at FC Liefering of Austria and he scored 13 goals in 31 appearances for the club. The 177-cm tall striker currently plays for Red Bull Salzburg and you should bear in mind that he netted 12 goals for the club in the 2016/2017 season.

Hwang Hee-Chan won his second Austrian Bundesliga title with Salzburg in the 2016/2017 season, but the Red Bulls eventually failed to make it to the Champions League group stages. The Salzburg footballer made his South Korea debut in a 2-0 win over Canada on November 11, 2016.

Hee-Chan played regularly for the Korea national football team in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers and he scored one goal in the process. The Koreans eventually booked their place at the showpiece tournament in Russia, meaning that the Salzburg attacker will have a chance to prove his worth on the big stage.

Molineux is the home ground of Wolverhampton and the capacity of the stadium is 31,700. Wolverhampton have won four FA Cup trophies (1893, 1908, 1949, 1960), with the team lifting the League Cup trophy in 1974 and 1980.

The colour of the club’s shirts is orange and they wear black shorts. The Wolves wear blue jerseys when playing away from home. Wolverhampton’s main rivals are West Bromwich Albion and they have been facing each other in the Black Country derby since 1888. In their first meeting in the local derby WBA recorded a 1-0 win over Wolves.

Wolverhampton have won three First Division trophies (1953/1954, 1957/1958, 1958/1959) and they have clinched four FA Cup titles as well (1893, 1908, 1949, 1960). The club’s owner is Steve Morgan.
