Belgium will try to recover from a shocking 1-0 loss to Slovakia when they take on Romania in their second group game at RheinEnergieStadion. The Red Devils failed to impress in their EURO 2024 opener, but they are still seen as hot favourites to beat Romania in Koln. AS Roma attacker Romelu Lukaku should keep his place up front despite missing a couple of clear-cut opportunities to score against Slovakia, while PSV winger Johan Bakayoko is pushing for a start. All Mangala, Tielemans, and Lukebakio are one yellow card away from suspension.

The Tricolorii, on the other hand, did remarkably well to crush Ukraine in the opening match of their European Championship campaign, but they will have a mountain to climb in their second group game. As Belgium star players are going to leave their hearts on the field this time out, home win should definitely be considered. There are no fresh injury worries in Edward Iordanescu’s team.

Romelu Lukaku Bolingoli, born on 13th of ay 1993 is a Belgian player with roots form Congo. Lukaku played for several youth teams before he got picked up by RSC Anderlecht. After playing for only 2 seasons for Anderlecht Chelsea picked him up for around12 million euro.
