Raleigh, N.C. — A celebration for the NC State men’s and women’s basketball teams will be held on Monday, April 15.

The teams will be honored at 8 p.m. at the Memorial Belltower along Hillsborough Street in a joint effort between the university and the City of Raleigh.

Both teams reached the Final Four, igniting a wave of excitement across campus. The men’s team last reached the Final Four in 1983 and the women’s team last did in 1998.

Men’s head coach Kevin Keatts, women’s head coach Wes Moore and members of both teams will be there. The event is free to attend.

Hillsborough Street at Oberlin Road and Horne Street will be closed on Monday, beginning at 6 p.m. Parking will be available after 5 p.m. in the Reynolds Coliseum Parking Deck, the Jeter Bays adjacent to Reynolds Coliseum, the SAS Lot and the Dan Allen Deck.

The Wolfpack men finished the historic run with a No 10 ranking in the final AP poll, its highest ranking since the Nov. 12, 2012, AP poll.
