Jon McLaughlin is a goalkeeper for Sunderland. He previously played for Harrogate Railway Athletic and Harrogate Town, but in 2008, he moved to Bradford City. He then signed with Burton Albion and has been playing for them at Pirelli Stadium for the past six years.

Jon McLaughlin played in 45 games for Burton Albion during the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 seasons. He has solidified his position as the team’s primary goalkeeper. His exceptional performances in the 2015/2016 League One season undoubtedly contributed to the team’s promotion to the Championship.

Jon McLaughlin was born in Edinburgh on September 9, 1987. However, he has not yet played for the Scotland national team. As for his achievements, he earned the Football League Two play-offs title with Bradford City during the 2012/2013 season.
