This is a record of the winners of the football conferences for the 2023-2024 school years in the N.C. High School Athletic Association. Each conference section includes the players of the year, coaches of the year, and links to the all-conference teams, if that information is available.

To coaches and athletic directors: If your conference’s all-conference team or players/coaches of the year are not listed below, it means we have not received the complete team. Please email the entire all-conference team to [email protected]. We will update our records once we receive the information from your conference.

4A Conferences

Cap-6 4A

  • The champion of the conference was Cardinal Gibbons High School.

  • Winner of the Conference: Pinecrest High School

  • Player of the Year for Offense: Zay Jones, a senior running back from Scotland High School.

  • The recipient of the Defensive Player of the Year award is Joe Parsons, a junior linebacker from Richmond High School.
