GARNER, N.C. — The roster make-up is just a little different from what made Southeast Raleigh a perennial regional final participant in the last decade, but many of the winning traits are still there.

The young Bulldogs took a 57-49 road win at South Garner in a top-25 showdown to stay atop the Greater Neuse River Conference.
No. 10 Southeast Raleigh opened the game with a commanding lead but watched it fall to just 17-12 after the first quarter thanks to a banked-in buzzer-beating 3 from the Titans’ Miaisha Moore. No. 22 South Garner trailed just 27-25 at halftime and was down five entering the fourth quarter.
