Duke will play Mississippi from the Southeastern Conference in the Gator Bowl on Jan. 2.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 2 from EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville.
The Blue Devils are seeking a 10-win season — just their second 10-win season ever — in coach Manny Diaz’s first season in Durham, including victories against in-state rivals North Carolina, NC State and Wake Forest.
Ole Miss, coached by Lane Kiffin, is 9-3 and finished No. 14 in the final College Football Playoff rankings, just out of the 12-team playoff.
