Seattle Sounders vs Houston Dynamo Prediction & Betting Tips | 29/10/2024 | Football

Our prediction for this MLS match:

Seattle Sounders

Seattle Sounders

Houston Dynamo

Houston Dynamo

spot in the MLS Cup quarter-finals will be at stake when Seattle Sounders and Houston Dynamo go head to head in a highly-anticipated double-header. Seattle have been in a fine form of late, winning three of their last four league games, while sharing the spoils with Portland Timbers. However, home win should not be considered as both Nouhou and Obed Vargas are banned for the first leg.

The Orange Crush, on the other hand, defeated Los Angeles Galaxy in their last game of the regular season. Houston Dynamo, though, are not regarded as good travellers and we do not believe that they are capable of beating Seattle at Lumen Field. Taking everything into account, a close encounter is on the cards and there is a big value in betting on draw. As for the away team, Morocco midfielder Amine Bassi serves a one-game ban, while all Ennali, Quinones, and Smith are out of contention with injuries.

Highlighted Player (Albert Rusnak):

Albert Rusnak

Born in Vyskov, Czech Republic on July 7, 1994, Slovakia international Albert Rusnak began his youth career in KAC Kosice. In 1997 he moved to MFK Kosice where he was talent-spotted by Manchester City scouts. However, he did not see any game action for the Citizens in the Premier League as he was immediately loaned to Oldham City.

After making only two appearances for the Latics, the Slovak moved to Birmingham City in 2014. After ending his loan spell with Cambuur, Albert Rusnak moved to FC Groningen in 2015 and it has to be noted that he scored nine goals in 61 appearances for the Dutch club in the Eredivisie.

In the winter of 2017 Rusnak joined MLS club Real Salt Lake for an undisclosed fee. Speaking of his international career, Albert Rusnak made his debut with the Slovakia national team on November 15, 2016 in a goalless draw with Austria. His father, also called Albert Rusnak, used to play football as well.

Highlighted Team (Houston Dynamo):

Houston Dynamo

Houston Dynamo is an American professional soccer club owned by Jake Silverstein, Gabriel Brener, Ben Guull and Oscar De La Hoya, who is considered one of the greatest boxers of all time.

BBVA Compass Stadium is Dynamo’s home ground and the capacity of the venue is 22.039. Houston Dynamo won back-to-back MLS Cup trophies (2006, 2007), with the team beating New England Revolution in each of the two title games. It has to be noted that Houston finished the 2011 and the 2012 seasons as runners-up.

In 2008 the Dynamo made it to the North American SuperLiga final, but this time out their old rivals New England Revolution proved to be a big catch for the BBVA Compass Stadium outfit. FC Dallas are regarded as the club’s main rivals and the two teams face each other in the Texas derby. Houston have developed a rivalry with Sporting Kansas City as well. The colors of the club are orange, black and white.
