Durham, N.C. — Duke basketball received a commitment Tuesday from forward Nikolas Khamenia, who one the top recruits from the 2025 class.
Khamenia posted on his Instagram about the commitment with the caption, “Ready to work.”
247Sports ranks Khamenia as the No. 19 player in the 2025 class. He was also considering UCLA.
North Carolina, Gonzaga and Arizona also had scholarship offers to Khamenia, who attends Harvard Westlake High School in Studio City, California.
247Sports lists Khamenia as a 6-foot-8 forward.
Khamenia is Duke’s third commitment in the past two weeks. It comes after the commitments of twin brothers Cameron and Cayden Boozer, who are the sons of former Duke basketball player and 13-year NBA veteran Carlos Boozer.
