North Carolina players announced for the 2024 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas

On Sunday, the rosters for the 88th annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas were announced. 44 of the best senior players from North Carolina will take on 44 of the best seniors from South Carolina.

It is the nation’s oldest high school all-star game, which is played to help draw awareness to the Shriners hospitals.

The 2024 game will be played on December 21 at Spartanburg High School in South Carolina. It will start at 1:00 p.m.

The North Carolina team will be coached by head coach Richard Bailey, from Scotland High School. Alexander Central head coach Butch Carter, Western Alamance head coach Jeff Snuffer, Pine Forest head coach Bill Sochovka, Hickory head coach Joe Glass, Mallard Creek head coach Kennedy Tinsley, and West Brunswick assistant Scott Loosemore are the assistant coaches on staff.
