After sharing the spoils with AS Roma in their Europa League opener, Athletic Bilbao will look to extend their winning run in La Liga to four games when they take on Sevilla on Matchday 8. The Lions have been producing excellent displays in the national championship of late and it is no wonder the bookies see them as favourites to win Sunday’s clash. As influential winger Nico Williams is back from injury, home win should be considered.

Los Sevillanos, on the other hand, recorded a morale-boosting win over Real Valladolid at the weekend, but given their difficulties on the road, we are tempted to put our money on Athletic Club this time out. To make things even worse for the Andalusians, defender Teixeira Marcao is banned for the match, while all Saul Niguez, Djibril Sow, Isaac Romero, and Albert Sambi Lokonga remain in the recovery room.
