Dallas was in control. Detroit and Denver made a comeback. Jacksonville and Buffalo bounced back. San Francisco had an easy win.

On Sunday, there were not many unexpected outcomes as 10 out of the 12 favored teams emerged victorious. Each team achieved their win in unique ways.

Include Miami, Cleveland, Houston, and the Los Angeles Rams among the victorious teams. The only upsets came from Green Bay and the New York Giants, though they were minor in comparison to their opponents.

“We’re gaining some momentum. I’m not sure if I’m ready to get into the groove yet,” Payton stated.

The Jaguars responded to a humiliating and embarrassing defeat against the 49ers last week by dominating Tennessee with a 34-14 victory. Trevor Lawrence threw for two touchdowns and rushed for two more, contributing to the Jaguars’ impressive record of 7-3 with six wins in their last seven games.

After a difficult week that resulted in offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey being fired, the Bills had a dominant victory over the Jets with a final score of 32-6. This game also marked the end of Zach Wilson’s playing time as he was benched by the Jets.

Joe Brady’s play-calling was instrumental in getting Josh Allen and the Buffalo offense back on course, leading them to a victory over a two-game slump and improving their chances in the playoff hunt.

The San Francisco 49ers dominated against the undermatched Tampa Bay team, securing a 27-14 victory. Quarterback Brock Purdy had an impressive performance, throwing for 333 yards and three touchdowns with a perfect passer rating. After a three-game losing streak, the 49ers (7-3) have returned to their top-notch level of play.

Despite committing three turnovers, the Dolphins managed to defeat the Raiders, who were under the leadership of interim coach Antonio Pierce. Miami’s dynamic duo of Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill shined yet again, leading their team to victory. The game was tighter than expected due to Miami’s mistakes.

According to Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel, the game was not necessarily bad. However, we fell a bit short in scoring only 20 points in the win.

The Browns utilized their dominant defense to narrowly defeat the Steelers 13-10 with the help of rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Myles Garrett recorded two sacks and Cleveland’s defense limited Pittsburgh to 249 yards. Despite the loss of Deshaun Watson for the remainder of the season, the Browns (7-3) possess a formidable defense that can dictate the outcome of games and have an impact in the postseason.

Despite throwing more interceptions against Arizona than he had all season, C.J. Stroud still managed to lead the Texans to a 21-16 victory. He ended the game with 336 passing yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions.

Next week, the Texans (6-4) have the opportunity to take the top spot in the AFC South if they defeat the Jaguars.
