PGE Narodowy will be the centre of attention when Real Madrid and Atalanta square off against each other in the UEFA Super Cup. Los Blancos aim to add yet another silverware to their collection, but the Orobici should not be written off just yet. Summer signing Kylian Mbappe is widely expected to make his official Real Madrid debut against Atalanta as well as fellow new recruit Endrick. David Alaba remains in the recovery room, while midfielder Eduardo Camavinga is a major doubt.

The Serie A side, on the other hand, booked their place in the UEFA Super Cup by beating Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League final. Atalanta, though, will have a much bigger fish to fry against Real Madrid, who have never been stronger. In their last meeting in a competitive match, back in 2021, los Blancos defeated the Orobici 3-1. The likes of Teun Koopmeiners, Nicolo Zaniolo, El Bilal Toure, and Rafael Toloi are out of contention for the nominal visitors.
