Watch List: The 65 names to know in NC boys cross country

HighSchoolOT is previewing the upcoming boys cross country season with its annual watch list.

This year’s watch list features 65 names broken up by classification and association.

The 1A, 2A, and 3A classes each have 10 names. Those who finished in the top 10 a year ago are listed with their respective finishes.

The 4A class has 20 names. Those who finished in the top 20 a year ago are listed with their finishes as well.

There are 15 names between the N.C. Independent Schools and other eligible associations. Returning champions in all associations are named, if applicable. The top three retuners in NCISAA 1A and 2A are listed, as are those returning from the top 10 in NCISAA 3A and 4A.
